Hill House

Hill House is made up of three pavilions on stone wall terraces. The central living, dining and kitchen pavilion provides a totally open air jungle experience with views through to the sea, like being in a tent. There are 4 rooms.

Hill House is all about being in the wilderness and is surrounded by mature trees and palms with glimpses across the jungle to the sea.....but its just a few minutes walk from the main Pool House. Built after the style of a colonial tea estate bungalow, the four large private suites, all with ensuite bathrooms and verandas, are fitted with fans and air-conditioning. The two bedrooms of the upper pavilion have an adjoining door which together makes a large family suite.

We added the cool, jade colored salt water pool at Hill House so that couples can get away from the main pool area whenever they wish. Overlooking the jungle reserve and over the valley, this pool gives everyone the excuse to just 'hang' here at Hill House for the whole day.

Hill House is really private, perfect for two families with children, or a group of friends. Hill House is where we also place couples, when we have families in the Main House. When our retreats are small all participants stay together at Hill House.

The great hornbills come into the trees here, the argus pheasant lives behind the top pavilion & at night, it's fun to watch the chichaks (the common house lizard) catching insects around the lanterns. Hill House has 4 individually decorated rooms peppered with Rebecca's artwork & other pieces that has been collected over the years.
